”BaFin continues to experience delays, which is impacting the delivery of feedback files for ARM submissions. As a result, feedback files have not been received since September 11th 2026..

Which services are impacted: ARM

Which elements of the service are impacted?

• Clients will see Bafin submissions remain in RPD/PEN status since the 11th September 2026 on the dashboard and transaction searches until fully resolved.

What is not impacted?

• Customer submissions to the ARM
• ARM submissions to BaFin
• UI availability and functionality.”
