We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a service update:

”Please be advised that Bafin (German NCA) are experiencing delays providing MarketAxess Post-Trade with feedback files for our ARM submissions since Friday 4th September 2026.

Which services are impacted: ARM (Firms reporting to the Bafin regulator)

Which elements of the service are impacted?

• Clients will see transactions reported to Bafin remain in RPD/PEN status since the 4th September 2026 on the dashboard and transaction searches.
• Transaction responses are slowly being processed by Bafin up until the 8th September, but not all responses have been received back since the 4th September.

What is not impacted?

• Clients can continue to submit via SFTP
• Clients can continue to use the trade search functionality
• Client trade submissions are still processing as normal and being onward reported to the NCA ”
