UnaVista (LSEG) EMIR EU/UK Refit (LIVE)

Dear valued customer,

We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a maintenance:

“LSEG’s Regulatory Reporting Solutions would like to inform you of the upcoming platform upgrade release v15.5.1 for EMIR UK going live on 24 August 2026.

Key Release Details:
The purpose of the platform upgrade is system tuning, optimisation and improved exception management,_ there will be no change to any of the existing reporting workflows for EMIR UK.

As part of this release we will be also implementing fixes to client raised issues:
UER-1832 - Fixed “Clear Exceptions” Action from Drilldown Views
UER-1704 - Fixed Date Filter “Greater Than or Equal To” Error on File Summary and Transaction Folders
UER-2570 - Improved Date Filter “Not On” Accuracy

Client Testing Requirements:
We strongly encourage all clients to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and suggest undertaking a range of ‘Day In The Life’ (BAU) activities as part of your testing, in order to ensure that functionality is working_as per expectations. The range includes but is not limited to:
File Import
Exception Processing
Response File Download
EOD File Access

Key Dates
There will be a downtime during the release window. Please ensure all critical activities are planned accordingly as per the dates below.
UAT environment downtime: Friday, 24 July 2026
UAT environment window: 27th July to 14th August 2026
Production environment downtime: 22nd and 23rd August 2026
Production Go-Live: Monday, 24th August 2026. “
