Please note the CBI (Irish regulator) is currently experiencing delays on their side in providing final regulatory responses for transactions submitted via the ARM service.

Which service is impacted?
ARM (CBI-NCA only)

Impact:
The CBI has not sent updates for transactions that entered the ‘PEN’ status since Tuesday, April 14th
CBI Transaction statuses in the Insight portal will remain in PEN until the issue is resolved
