We would like to inform you that the Trade-Repository Interruption has been resolved.

Dear Client,

Please note that the issues processing response files from the FCA is now resolved. However, there is still a latency in the Insight dashboard for the ARM service.

Which services are impacted:
ARM

Which elements of the service are impacted:
ARM dashboard may not fully update all transaction records
ARM transaction search may not fully update all transaction records

What is not impacted:
Clients can continue to submit via SFTP/MQ or via the Insight UI.
Submissions are still being onward reported to the NCAs as normal.

Please check your submitted data and reportings for completeness and take further steps in case of discrepancies. If you need assistance, please refer to the User Guide or raise a ticket with our Service Desk.
