Dear Client

BaFin has resumed processing the previously accumulated backlog of feedback files, although confirmation that the issue has been fully resolved is still pending. We are now receiving and actively processing feedback files. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will issue further updates should any additional issues arise.

ARM

Which elements of the service are impacted?
BaFin response files. Submitted reports will remain in RPD/PEN status until fully resolved.

What is not impacted?

• Customer submissions to the ARM
• ARM submissions to BaFin
• UI availability and functionality
