We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a Service Update:

Service Update - Production - BaFin delays
Dear Client
BaFin continues to experience a technical issue which is impacting the delivery of feedback files for ARM submissions. As a result, feedback files have not been received since 3 February 2026.
BaFin has advised that they expect to resolve the issue and begin releasing feedback files later this afternoon. Once this occurs, there will be a period of catch-up while the backlog of accumulated files is processed.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

BaFin response files. Submitted reports will remain in RPD/PEN status until fully resolved.
