Service Update - Production - Bafin delays

Dear Client

Please be advised that Bafin are experiencing delays providing MarketAxess Post-Trade with feedback files for our ARM submissions since February 3rd 2026.

Which services are impacted?
ARM

Which elements of the service are impacted?
Clients will see Bafin submissions remain in RPD/PEN status since the 3rd February 2026 on the dashboard and transaction searches.

What is not impacted?

• Clients can continue to submit via SFTP
• Clients can continue to use the trade search functionality
• Client trade submissions are still processing as normal and being onward reported to the NCA
