Service Update - Production – ARM- technical issue*Resolved
Dear Client
The technical issue in the ARM service is now resolved and we are sending files to NCAs and processing response files. Clients can resume FTP submissions.
We are reaching out to a small population of clients individually that will need to resubmit specific files today.

Please note Marketaxess Post Trade is experiencing a technical issue in the ARM service preventing us from sending files to NCAs and processing NCA response files.
Impact:
We are currently not sending files to NCAs.
We are not processing response files from NCAs
Clients are not able to submit files to Marketaxess via FTP We will revert as soon as possible with more information and expect this to be resolved shortly.
