Service Update - Production – ARM – FCA technical issue*Resolved
Dear Client
Please note the processing delays with respect to the FCA response files for the ARM service has been resolved. All responses files received yesterday have been processed and the GUI is reflecting this accordingly.
Please note that Marketaxess is experiencing processing delays with respect to the FCA (UK regulator) response files for the ARM service.
Impact:.
Marketaxess is not able to process responses from the FCA since 8:30am this morning 13th August
Transaction statuses in the Insight portal will remain in RPD/PEN until the issue is resolved
Marketaxess is still sending all FCA clients submissions to the FCA on time and meeting all T+1 deadlines.
We will revert as soon as we have an update on this issue.
