We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a maintenance:

Service Update - ARM (EU Gateway) - SFTP host edsftp.traxinsight.com will be going offline for 15 minutes

Dear Client

Please note MarketAxess Post-Trade will be performing maintenance in the Production environment for the ARM (European Gateway) service.

Services impacted:
ARM (EU gateway only)

Maintenance schedule:

Start: Tuesday, 22nd July 2025 at 13:45pm UK time/14:00pm UK time
End (Approximately): Tuesday, 22nd July 2025 at 14:45pm CET time/15:00pm CET time

Impact:

Clients who connect to the SFTP host edsftp.traxinsight.com will not be able to connect from 13:45pm until approximately 14:00pm UK time.

Not impacted:

Clients who use the host ftp.traxinsight.com will still be able to connect
Clients can still connect and upload files via the traxinsight.com UI
Clients who use MQ will still be able to connect.
