Service Update - Production - All ARM Services & EDS - Scheduled maintenance

Dear Client
Further to yesterdays’ service announcement please be advised all ARM and EDS services will be down for 30 minutes Thursday evening from 10:30pm.

Services impacted:
All ARM services
EDS

Maintenance schedule:
Start: Thursday, 26th June 2025 from 10:30pm UK time/ 11:30pm CET time
End (Approximately): Thursday 26th June 2025 at 11:00pm UK time/ 12:00am CET time

Impact:
Clients will not be able to access the SFTP hosts edsftp.traxinsight.com or ftp.traxinsight.com or access the websites posttradeinsight.com or traxinsight.com. Clients will not be able to submit data into the EDS system.
