Root Cause Analysis
An upgrade of etcd on the TEST cluster on the weekend had influence on the pods running on the cluster. Master and worker nodes seemed to be out of sync because of the upgrade.

Resolution Steps
Restart of all worker nodes was required. After the restart everything behaved normal.
