Service Update - Emergency Maintenance - Production

Dear Client, Please note that due to the current market conditions, MarketAxess Post-Trade will be performing essential emergency maintenance in the production environment at 4:30pm UK time for approximately 1 hour to enhance performance.

Services impacted:
ARM

Maintenance schedule:
Start: Thursday, 10th April 2025 at 4:30pm UK time/5:30pm CET time
End (Approximately):Thursday, 10th April 2025 at 5:30pm UK time/6:30pm CET time

Impact:

• The ARM service in the posttradeinsight.com UI will be shown as offline during this period.
• Client responses will not be processed during this maintenance window, but clients can continue to submit via SFTP and MQ. Submissions will be stored and processed after the release where a response file will then be issued.
  Connections via SFTP and MQ will remain open and unaffected.
