We have received the following information from the Trade Repository regarding a maintenance:

Service Update - Scheduled Maintenance - AMF and FSMA regulators

Dear Client,
Please note that the AMF (French NCA) and the FSMA (Belgium NCA) have confirmed that they are conducting a scheduled maintenance on the 26th March 2025 (tomorrow) in their production environments, which means that MarketAxess will be unable to onward report any transactions to these NCAs until this is complete.

During this maintenance, clients can report to MarketAxess Post Trade as normal, where we will store your submissions and onward report to these NCAs when they are next available.

Clients are expected to see the dashboard status remain in RPD/PEN for longer than usual during these times.

Maintenance schedule:
Start: Wednesday, 26th March 2025 at 10am UK time/11am CET time
End (Approximately): Wednesday, 26th March 2025 at 5pm UK time/6pm CET time

Services not impacted:
All MarketAxess Post Trade services will remain available as normal and will continue to accept submissions sent to us.
