Please be informed that our EMIR REFIT Production environment is facing
temporary stability issues affecting the processing of submitted files.
We will inform you as soon as the service is completely restored.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

MESSAGE ADDRESSED TO EMIR Participants
We regret to inform Participants that we continue to face instability issues in our EMIR REFIT
Production environment which are impacting our regular processes. In particular:
Some feedback files are generated with delay, more than 60 minute after the report submission.
Some feedback files are generated with incomplete responses. Records excluded from the feedback file will remain unprocessed and must be resubmitted by Participants.
Some records are rejected with the error code ‘EMIR-VR-0000’ and must be resubmitted by Participants.
End of day reports corresponding to session of 02 September 2024 will not be generated.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We will maintain you informed of further developments on the resolution of this issue and system availability.
